Calvin Ridley Signs 4-Year, $92 Million Contract with the Titans

According to a source with knowledge of the deal who spoke with The Associated Press on Wednesday, wide receiver Calvin Ridley and the Tennessee Titans have reached an agreement on a four-year, $92 million contract.

The source said that Ridley will receive a guaranteed $50 million, but they could not be identified since the contract has not been formalized.

He provides much-needed playmaking to young Titans quarterback Will Levis to complement three-time All-Pro DeAndre Hopkins, who will turn 32 in June.

After missing the majority of the previous two seasons due to a broken foot, a mental health issue, and an NFL gambling suspension, Ridley made his Jaguars debut last season, starting all 17 games

He finished with 76 receptions for 1,016 yards and eight touchdowns.

Another source familiar with the decision told the AP that the Titans also signed veteran quarterback Mason Rudolph to a one-year deal. The transaction had not been finalized, so the person spoke under condition of anonymity.
